2016 has been a crazy year. I don’t think anyone can dispute that, whether we’re talking about Brexit, a US presidential campaign, celebrity deaths, a boat not being named Boaty McBoatface, or one gorilla which captured the hearts of the online community.
But I don’t really want to hear any more about those things. I want to hear about YOUR year in e-commerce. What follows is a survey, the results of which I will share before the end of the year.
